Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
- During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer two shipping options within the United States:

- Standard Shipping: $9.00 | Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: $30.00 | Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days
Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $100.00

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless your order qualifies for free standard shipping.

Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our website or the shipping carrier’s site.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Diorr Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In case your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Diorr Luxe is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at admin@diorrluxe.com.
